What data we process and why
The data you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp (name, email, phone and your message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Usage statistics
We measure visits in aggregate with Matomo, hosted on a server owned by Domolife Espacios Inteligentes S.L.U.: data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. It runs without cookies and IP addresses are anonymised. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our hosting and email provider acts as data processor.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@domolife.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
